Overview

We aim to foster a community of business professionals both within and outside the firm who can grow their careers together, while also enriching the community in which we work and live.

As part of this aim we provide opportunities in the broader business community to build associations through our Alumni program, which offers former employees the chance to access a network of colleagues located here and around the world, and Freehills' Women in Business program which fosters networks among women at all stages in their professional careers.  

We also seek to effect change for individuals and the community through Freehills Foundation, our longstanding pro bono and community programs. From helping transition the lives of a diverse range of people, to inspiring individual attitudes and actions that improve our surroundings, Freehills Foundation is committed to making change possible.

Mindful of the impact our business actions have on the environment, we seek continual ways to address this through environmentally aware work practices and through supporting those organisations whose focus is on improving the environment.
