Freehills acted as Australian legal counsel to Ten Network Holdings Limited (TEN) on its $138 million institutional placement which was fully underwritten by Macquarie Capital Advisers Limited.
Freehills partners Fiona Gardiner-Hill and Philippa Stone and solicitor Carl Hornigold made up the team advising on the placement.
