• ASX diversity reporting requirements

  09 Feb 2012 | All ASX listed companies with a 31 December 2011 balance date must now comply with the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations with 2010 Amendments. Importantly, this means that these companies must now satisfy the diversity reporting requirements contained in the Recommendations in their annual reports.
