For over 30 years Freehills has acted as an adviser to Asian, and international corporate clients and governments across Asia on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, property/funds management, infrastructure development and financing projects. Freehills has also established a workplace relations and international dispute practices in Asia.   

We offer clients an established presence in Singapore and associated offices in Vietnam and Indonesia, together with a network of contacts with governments, multi-lateral lending agencies, advisory firms and legal counsel around the region. We have a track record of providing clients:

With around 1000 lawyers including more than 200 partners in our Australian offices, Freehills has an unrivalled ability to draw on and dedicate the resources required to successfully complete complex projects. As well as operating locally from our Singapore office and associated offices in Vietnam and Indonesia, we are experienced in supporting clients on a ‘fly-in-fly-out’ basis, transferring resources between our Australian and Asian offices and embedding our solicitors into client project teams.

Freehills is governed by a national board consisting of seven partners and two non-partners, including the Chief Executive Officer.
