- drafting joint venture agreements and advising on joint venture issues
- acting on the sale and purchase of mining and oil and gas projects and infrastructure assets, such as gas pipelines and power stations
- providing advice on legislation, Treaties and State Agreements
- drafting and advising on project documentation (eg land acquisition agreements and engineering and construction agreements)
