- We are acting for a project company on the Rarawai Power Project, on all aspects of a 52 MW bagasse/coal-fired power station in Fiji.
- We acted for the parties negotiating to be the sponsors of the 130 MW Redbank Power Project, a waste-to-energy power project in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales.
- We acted for the consortium appointed to design, build and operate the Ord River Dam Hydro-Electric Power Station, a 30 MW hydro-electric power station at the Ord River Dam, Western Australia.
- We are acting for the sponsors in the development of wind farm projects, including preparing development agreements and advising on the environment, planning and approval process.
- We are acting for the State Electricity Commission of Victoria in its purchase of electricity from the Pacific Hydro wind farms at Cape Bridgewater, Cape Nelson and Cape Sir William Grant.
