Our recent planning law experience includes:
- providing strategic advice to the Victorian Minister for Planning and the Department of Infrastructure on sensitive projects, such as Federation Square and Docklands, and the use of Ministerial intervention powers
- advising and representing clients in respect of major projects such as the Milmerran power station project in Queensland, the City Link freeway system in Melbourne, the Basslink and Murraylink interconnector projects, and several residential and commercial towers in Melbourne.
