- advising the Toga Group on the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposal for various commercial developments of serviced apartments
- acting for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (on behalf of the General Property Trust) in relation to the $400 million acquisition of Melbourne Central. Lend Lease Real Estate Investments acquired the property from Japanese companies Kumagai Gumi and Tochi Kogyo. The former retained a nominal interest to retain accounting treatment in Japan. This involved complex stamp duty negotiations. Recently Kumagai relinquished its interest.
