Mitcham to Frankston Freeway, Melbourne: Adviser to a consortium on its bid for the Mitcham to Frankston Freeway project.
Lane Cove Tunnel, Sydney: Adviser to the financiers to the Thiess/ABN consortium in their successful bid for the Lane Cove Tunnel project.
Western Sydney Orbital: Adviser to Transurban in relation to its participation in the Westlink Motorway consortium.
Cross City Tunnel, Sydney: Adviser to the lenders to the Multiplex/Transfield consortium on their bid for the Cross City Tunnel project.
M2 Motorway operating agreement, Sydney: Adviser to Hills Motorway in relation to several operating agreement issues, including electronic tolling.
Hume Highway EIS, Victoria: Adviser to VicRoads in relation to environment impact assessment and panel hearings for major road projects associated with the Hume Highway.
Melbourne CityLink: Adviser to the Transurban consortium on their successful bid for the $1.7 billion Melbourne CityLink BOOT project.
M2, M4 and M5 Motorways, Sydney: Adviser to the Roads and Traffic Authority of New South Wales in relation to environmental issues for the development of the M2, M4 and M5 motorways.
Sydney Harbour Tunnel: Acted for the Sydney Harbour Tunnel Company in relation to the Sydney Harbour Tunnel development.
Roe Highway Stage 7 project, Western Australia: Adviser to Main Roads of Western Australia in relation to an alliance contract with Clough Engineering, Henry Walker Eltin Contracting and Maunsell Australia for the construction of the Roe Highway Stage 7 project.

Melbourne OneLink project: Adviser to OneLink Transit Systems Pty Ltd on the design, development and implementation of an automated ticketing system for Melbourne's public transport system.
Sydney Transport smart card project: Adviser to Integrated Transit Solutions Pty Ltd to develop an integrated ticketing system for public transport in greater metropolitan Sydney.
Melbourne CityLink electronic tolling: Adviser to Transurban on all aspects of electronic tolling services including intellectual property licenses, electronic toll enforcement, toll products and roaming agreements.
Brisbane integrated ticketing system: Adviser to ERG Ltd in their bid to provide the Department of Transport in Brisbane with an integrated ticketing system for Smart Fare collection over all rail and bus transport.
Singapore smart card project: Adviser to the ERG Motorola consortium on their bid for the Singapore Enhanced Integrated Fare System project.
Manchester smart card project: Adviser to ERG Ltd on its successful contracting for the Greater Manchester Public Transport concessionary fare scheme, including negotiation of the systems management agreement.
San Francisco smart card project: Adviser to the ERG Motorola consortium on their bid for San Francisco MTC Project (Integrated Ticketing System).

Freight Victoria sale: Adviser to a consortium on its bid for the Freight Victoria rail business.
Melbourne Passenger rail amalgamation: Adviser to Connex Australia in relation to their bid for the re-amalgamated Melbourne suburban passenger rail network.
Rolleston project, Queensland: Adviser to Queensland Rail on its bid to Xstrata to construct and operate a rail spur line to provide coal haulage services for Xstrata's proposed Rolleston Mine.
Perth Urban Rail project: Adviser to the John Holland consortium on its bid for the Perth Urban Rail project.
National Rail and FreightCorp acquisition: Adviser to a consortium on its bid to purchase both National Rail Corporation and FreightCorp.
Sydney Monorail: Adviser to Connex on operational issues associated with the Sydney Monorail.
Spencer Street Station redevelopment: Adviser to the Spencer Connect consortium in relation to its bid to design, construct, operate and maintain an intermodal interchange facility at Spencer Street Station.
Connex train franchise financing, Melbourne: Adviser to Connex in relation to the financing of the Connex Metropolitan Train franchise in Melbourne.
Melbourne passenger train privatisation: Adviser to Melbourne Transport Enterprises on its successful acquisition of Hillside Trams (later named Connex Trains).
Bondi rail link project, Sydney: Adviser to a consortium on the Bondi Junction to Bondi Beach rail link project, subsequently suspended by the New South Wales Government.
Sydney-Canberra Very Fast Train: Adviser to the New South Wales Government on all aspects of the original Very Fast Train proposal.

Airports and aviation

Sydney Airport terminal expansion: Adviser to Civil & Civic on Sydney international airport terminal expansion.
Perth International Airport: Adviser to the West Australia Airport Corporation on the tender and building contracts for the extension of Perth International Airport terminal and implementation of a new baggage handling facility.
Melbourne Airport upgrade: Adviser to Australia Pacific Airports Corporation regarding the Qantas terminal redevelopment and the upgrading of baggage handling and security equipment.
Sydney Basin airports: Adviser to Leighton Properties in relation to their equity interest in the consortium which successfully acquired Bankstown, Hoxton Park and Camden Airports in Sydney from the Commonwealth Government.
Sydney Airport privatisation: Adviser to the Commonwealth Government on the $5.6 billion privatisation of Sydney Airport Corporation Limited.
Melbourne Airport privatisation: Adviser to a consortium on their unsuccessful bid for Melbourne Airport.
Australian airport asset sales: Adviser to AGI and TBI plc on the sale of their stake in various Australian airports since 1999.
Northern Territory airports: Adviser to the successful consortium bidding for the privatisation of the Darwin, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek airports. This consortium was also shortlisted for another seven phase 2 airports in Australia.
Townsville and Mount Isa Airports: Adviser to Catalyst Investment Management on the sale of its majority holdings in Townsville and Mount Isa Airports.
Airport operating agreements: Adviser to AirServices Australia in relation to agreements for aviation operations at all major Australian airports.

Seaports

Port of Melbourne channel deepening: Adviser to the Victorian Channel Authority in relation to the channel deepening project.
South Australian port privatisation: Adviser to the Adsteam/Egis consortium on its bid for the privatisation of the South Australian Ports Corporation.
Albany Port, Western Australia: Adviser to the Albany Port Authority in relation to the tonnage and facility agreement with a Japanese exporter.
Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, Queensland: Adviser to the successful consortium on its $630 million bid for the long-term lease of the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal including all associated documentation.
Brisbane ferries: Adviser to the Brisbane City Council on the refranchising of Brisbane's ferry system.
Burns Philp Terminals acquisition: Adviser to a bidder in its unsuccessful bid for the Burns Philp Terminals business.
Geraldton Port Authority, Western Australia: Adviser to the Geraldton Port Authority in relation to its port expansion including advising in relation to its commercial agreement with Mt Gibson Iron Ore.
