- advising and representing the Industry Research and Development Board in AAT and Federal Court proceedings involving research and development tax concession claims concerning a large ethanol production plant
- advising and representing the Industry Research and Development Board in AAT proceedings involving claims for the research and development tax concession made by a major manufacturer in the automotive field
- acting for Airservices in the Hughes litigation in the Federal Court, a landmark case in government tendering and contracting
- acting for Airservices in litigation against Transfield in the Federal Court involving a dispute in relation to a tender process for the Department of Defence Garrison Support contracts. Airservices claimed damages and injunctive relief for breach of contract, infringement of copyright, and breaches of the Trade Practices Act.
- acting for Airservices in numerous claims against general aviation debtors
- acting for the DHA in AAT proceedings involving planning and environmental challenges to its major housing development at Stirling in the ACT
- advising and representing DHA in a contractual dispute involving a large housing development in Darwin
- advising DHA on tender and contractual matters generally
- advising Geosafe on a major contractual dispute with the Commonwealth of Australia involving the remediation of the Maralinga test site
- advising and appearing for both Fairfax and News Limited in seeking to resist a closed court application in an espionage trial
- acting for Lend Lease in numerous AAT applications in the Australian Capital Territory involving ACT planning law.
