Freehills has won a national award for a new computer-based training system that helps organisations comply with the Trade Practices Act.
The Australian Institute of Training & Development, Australia's leading training and development organisation, has recognised Freehills and the Australian Stock Exchange with the national award for Outstanding Achievement in Learning.
Freehills' competition law and legal risk management practices developed the system in consultation with e-learning software solutions company The Learning Group. The system was developed in response to a mandate provided by the ASX to assist with its compliance with the Trade Practices Act.
