• Advising the unsuccessful bidder for the $3.8 billion Mitcham Frankston Freeway Project
• Advising Transurban in its successful bid for the $2.2 billion Western Sydney Orbital toll road project in Sydney, including raising $430 million through the issue of Convertible Adjusting Rate Securities (CARS)
• Advising Transurban in the bid for the $500 million Cross City Tunnel and $800 million Lane Cove Tunnel toll road projects in Sydney
• Advising Transurban in the bid for and implementation of the Melbourne City Link project including their subsequent listing on the ASX

• Advising SembCorp in relation to their acquisition of an interest in the Kwinana Power Station
• Advising NRG in relation to their acquisition of an interest in the Kondipalli Power Project in India and their $344 million bid for Flinders Power
