Public private partnerships/private finance initiative- adviser to a bidding consortia in respect of each of the Lane Cove Tunnel and Western Sydney Orbital toll road projects in New South Wales
- adviser to the successful Axiom consortium on its bid for the New South Wales eduction PPP project for nine schools
- adviser to a bidder for the Berwick Community Hospital to be designed, built and operated under Partnerships Victoria
- adviser to the Government in respect of the Southbank TAFE redevelopment PPP project in Queensland.
- adviser to Intergen in respect of a number of power plant developments including the 840MW coal-fired power station at Millmerran in Queensland and the acquisition of a half share in the part constructed Callide C power station
- adviser to the project manager/operator in respect of the construction and operation of the Moomba-Sydney ethane pipeline and subsequently, acting for the investors in respect of the purchase and restructuring of operations of this 1300km pipeline
- adviser to a consortium developing a sodium chlorite plant in New South Wales including structuring, financing, construction and operation issues
- adviser to the insurers to the Murrin Murrin nickel & cobalt project in respect of claims on a late completion and production level policy.
- adviser to Macquarie Goodman, Valad Property Group and others in respect of a number of commercial property developments
- adviser to Lend Lease on all construction aspects in respect of the Jacksons Landing development at Pyrmont
- adviser to Lend Lease in respect of the construction and development of the 1.65 million ft2, £500 million Bluewater regional shopping centre in Kent, United Kingdom.
