Julie Couch is a partner in the property and environment practice in the Sydney office of Freehills. She has been a solicitor with the firm since 1990 (most of which time has been spent in the property and environment practice).Industry experience
Julie's practice involves a wide range of property transactions including the sale, acquisition, development and leasing of major commercial, retail and industrial properties and advising in relation to issues such as property management.Major projects and clients
For Lend Lease, Julie has recently been involved in the Fox Studios and Aurora Place developments, as well as the leasing and sale of interests in Australia Square. Julie has been in involved in the development and leasing of Darling Park for the last eight years and has also been involved in the recent sale of a majority interest in that project to GPT and AMP.
