- acting for Bovis Lend Lease as development facilitator/intermediary, on a major Federal Government asset sale and redevelopment project. Our involvement included advice and detailed documentation involving Crown Lease rights, inter-relationship between federal and Territory legislation, lease registration, complex land swaps and changes, financing documentation for the new 30,000 sqm office building, construction contracts and stamp duty. This transaction is valued at approximately $140 million.
- acting for Qantas Airways Limited in relation to their long-term leasing from the Federal Airports Corporation of strategic areas of the Sydney Airport Jet Base
- advising Lend Lease Development and two joint venture partners on the commercial lease for level 38 of the Aurora Place development, Macquarie Street, Sydney to State Street Global Advisors
- acting for Bovis Lend Lease in the negotiation of a lease with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs. Our involvement also included a review of impact on existing shared service arrangements and development programs, and negotiation of a building contract.
