Overview
We provide a comprehensive range of advice and services in all areas of income and capital gains tax including: We are closely monitoring and involved with the current round of income tax and other federal tax reforms. As a national practice, we were represented on the Ralph Committee for review of business tax. Richard Vann, a consultant with Greenwoods & Freehills, was a member of the Ralph Committee. We also actively represented various industry bodies such as the Property Council of Australia and the Law Council of Australia, and clients in this process, by way of submissions and advice.

Our work in this regard ensures that we are well placed to assist clients to plan for and implement changes to accommodate the new regime. As part of this process, we have been involved in presenting seminars and providing newsletters and articles to keep clients and others updated on developments.
