Sydney

We invite approximately 30–40 penultimate year law students to participate in our annual summer clerk program. We recognise that students often have other commitments outside of a clerkship and we have the flexibility to cater for this.  We offer a full clerkship (10 week program with two rotations) and a half clerkship (5-6 week program with 1 rotation).  We are also happy to discuss other options for students participating in an international mooting competition or other activities over the summer.

Melbourne

We invite approximately 50–70 penultimate year law students to spend part of their summer or winter vacation with us. We run three programs annually. One program in winter and two in summer. You will be placed in one section for the three-week duration of the clerkship.

Perth

We invite approximately 50 penultimate year law students to spend part of their summer or winter vacation with us. We run two two-week winter clerkships and three three-week summer clerkships. You are in one section for the duration of your clerkship.

We invite approximately 10 penultimate year law students to spend part of their summer vacation with us. We run two four-week summer clerkships. You will work in one section for the duration of your clerkship.
